WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE USING OUR ORDER FORM
Dear Customer,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have transitioned to a new order form process. Please review the instructions carefully, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance.
-Confirm with your supervisor that this is the correct ordering method from Sparetek.
-Fill in all required fields: Attn, Phone, Address, City, State, Zip, Country, Shipping Method, Chargeback Name, Qty, and Part #.
-Fields in *BLACK must be filled in to complete your order.
-Fields in GREY will auto-populate.
-Once complete, email the form to sales@sparetek.com.
