Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 pm (CST) on business days will be processed within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm (CST), or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed within the next business day.

Shipping Options:

  • Ground (Standard) Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Express Shipping: Costs vary based on weight, size, and destination of the package(s). The shipping cost will be calculated and communicated upon receipt of the order. Payment will only be submitted after customer approval.

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, and any other fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs charged by Sparetek and will be collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery

Special Notes:

  • Shipping and processing times will vary depending on warehouse stock and location. 

Tracking:

  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
